Scope and our role
DineDirector is operated by Neuralway Technologies Private Limited (“Neuralway”, “DineDirector”, “we”, “us”). This notice applies when you visit dinedirector.in, request a demo, contact us, create an operator account, or use the DineDirector service.
For website enquiries, account administration and our own security records, Neuralway decides why and how the information is used. When a restaurant uses DineDirector for its guests, staff and operations, that restaurant normally decides the purpose and rules for that data; we handle it to provide the service under the restaurant’s agreement and instructions.
Information we collect
When you request a demo
We collect your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, restaurant or brand, city, number of outlets, the message you choose to write, your consent, and the date of the request.
When you use the product
Depending on your role, we may process account details such as name, work email, role and outlet; restaurant records such as menus, tables, orders, kitchen tickets, invoices, tenders and audit history; and guest details entered during a table session.
Security and service information
We may receive limited device, browser, request and network information in server logs. For public-form abuse prevention we use a one-way network identifier rather than storing the address directly in the lead record.
Please do not put payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive details in the demo message box.
How we use it
- Arrange and follow up on a demo you requested.
- Set up accounts, provide support and deliver the contracted restaurant service.
- Route orders, kitchen work, table status, bills and payments through the product.
- Protect accounts, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, investigate errors and maintain an audit trail.
- Meet contractual, accounting, tax, security and other legal obligations that apply to us or the restaurant.
- Improve reliability using aggregated or de-identified service information where practical.
The demo checkbox is specific to demo contact. It does not place you on a newsletter or automated marketing sequence. If we ever want to send unrelated marketing, we will ask separately.
Cookies and measurement
The public marketing page does not currently run third-party advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies. DineDirector uses strictly necessary browser storage and cookies where required for secure login, signed sessions, table sessions, language choice and basic service operation.
Product analytics describe restaurant operations—such as order flow or ticket age—not cross-site advertising profiles.
Retention and security
We keep demo enquiries only for follow-up and a reasonable business-record period. Customer, invoice, audit and security records are kept for the contract period and any longer period required for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely isolate it.
Safeguards include encrypted transport, restricted access, role-based permissions, separation between restaurant accounts, audit logging, backups and recovery controls. No internet service can promise absolute security. If we identify an incident that requires notice, we will notify affected parties and authorities as applicable.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you, provide access, correct or complete it, withdraw demo-contact consent, or delete information that we no longer need to retain. You may also raise a grievance and nominate another person where applicable law provides that right.
Email zero@neuralway.ai from the address connected with the request, tell us what you want, and include enough context to find the record. We may verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already completed lawfully.
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework is being brought into force in phases. We will update our process as additional provisions become applicable.
Children
The demo form and operator workspace are for adults acting for a business. We do not knowingly seek a child’s personal data through the demo form. Restaurants remain responsible for the notices, permissions and operating choices required when their service involves children or family groups.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when the service, providers or law changes. We will revise the effective date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
